All clients are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for medical evaluations, legal counsel, financial planning, and estate matters. Elite-Era does not assume responsibility for decisions made based on our services or information provided.

Elite-Era may coordinate or refer third-party providers (e.g., movers, contractors, auction houses, cleaners, appraisers). These parties operate independently, and Elite-Era is not liable for the actions, performance, or outcomes of third-party services.

All services are subject to availability and may require written agreements. Prices, offerings, and service details may change at any time without notice.

By engaging Elite-Era, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Scope of Service

Elite-Era provides non-medical concierge, lifestyle, downsizing, transition, and coordination services (“Services”).
Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Wellness visits and companionship

  • Errands and personal assistance

  • Move management and downsizing

  • Estate cleanouts and junk removal

  • Renovation coordination and home preparation

  • Asset liquidation and sales coordination

  • Appointment scheduling and escort services

  • Referrals to vetted third-party professionals

Elite-Era does not provide medical care, personal care, legal advice, real estate services, or financial planning.
Any information provided is for general support only

Elite-Era may recommend or coordinate with third-party service providers such as movers, cleaners, contractors, appraisers, auction houses, or transportation companies.

These providers operate independently.
Elite-Era is not liable for:

  • Their performance

  • Damage, loss, delays, or disputes

  • Pricing or contract terms they offer

Client agrees to be responsible for all charges from third-party providers.

  • Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur fees after 30 days.

  • Certain services require deposits or upfront payments. Elite-Era reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice.

Client must provide 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Less than 48-hour notice may result in a full charge for the scheduled service.

Large projects (moves, cleanouts, renovations) require minimum 72-hour notice.

Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information relevant to services

  • Ensure safe working conditions for staff

  • Secure valuables and sensitive documents

  • Communicate any concerns promptly

Elite-Era staff may decline service if safety is compromised.

Elite-Era is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property

  • Items of unknown value

  • Losses due to incomplete information

  • Emotional distress linked to transitions or downsizing decisions

Elite-Era’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for services under this Agreement.

Elite-Era maintains strict confidentiality.
Client information will not be shared except:

  • As required by law

  • When coordinating approved services with third-party providers

  • To protect health or safety in emergency situations
